UTV Panel is an online panel that enables people to express their opinion for different subjects through surveys sent to UTV Panel's members.
You must agree to the following terms and conditions when you register as a member for UTV Panel.
As part of the UTV Panel registration process, we ask you some basic details regarding your gender, age, location, history and media habits etc.
You acknowledge and accept that these details will be stored by the software firm called Cint and shared with UTV & the market research company Nepa.
This information will be held by Cint and will be used for market research purposes; all data is treated as confidential and held in accordance with the Data Protection Laws.
You will receive surveys either from UTV or from external companies. Any information you provide within these surveys will be collected by the respective company and stored in its database and used for market research purposes. The information that you provide on surveys sent by external companies is anonymous and can never be linked back to you individually.
You will receive a reward for each successfully completed survey. The size of the reward depends upon the length of the survey.
You may at any time request to leave UTV Panel. Upon leaving, any rewards left in your reward account will be automatically donated to charity.
Your membership may be revoked if you are inactive for more than 1 year or if you mistreat your membership (e.g. by providing inaccurate information in surveys more than 3 times. An example of providing inaccurate information would be answering a different gender in a survey than you state when registering for UTV Panel). The panel may also, without further explanation, cancel a member's registration.
Please check back as these terms are subject to change.
These terms will be judged according to Indian laws and by an Indian court.
