Surveys

8. Number of surveys I will receive

The maximum number of surveys you receive will depend on what you have specified in your account settings. You can choose to receive a maximum of 1-6 surveys per month. You will not receive any more surveys than you have requested, however you may not always receive the maximum amount as surveys may target a specific group and as such you may be not be eligible for all of them.

9. Answering surveys

For all surveys a link will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. The survey will then open up in a separate window, and you can start and finish the survey at any time that is convenient for you.

10. Closed surveys

A survey is closed once it has obtained the required number of answers. Once a survey is closed, no new respondents will be able to answer it.

From experience, we know that everybody is not always able to answer all the surveys they receive. For instance, some people might be on holiday or just don't have the time. Therefore, we must always send the survey to slightly more people than we need.

11. Screen-out

Some surveys are directed to specific target groups. These surveys will start by posing some screen-out questions, which will determine whether you belong to the target group or not. If you don't belong to the target group, you won't be able to continue answering or complete the survey.

12. Confidentiality of answers and personal information

All your answers will be treated with confidentiality and will never be linked back to you personally. You are always anonymous in the surveys, and all the answers you provide will be summarised across all other obtained answers.

Your personal details will be treated according to the Data Protection Laws and will not be handed to or shared with any external source.
