The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has taken a 'Green Initiative in Corporate Governance' by allowing paperless compliances by Companies through electronic mode. In accordance with the recent circular no. 17/2011 dated 21.04.2011 and circular no. 18/2011 dated 29.04.2011 issued by the Ministry, Companies can now send various notices /documents to its shareholders through electronic mode to the registered e-mail addresses of shareholders, thus reducing paper consumption and at the same time contributing towards green environment.

To receive communication from UTV through the electronic mode, download the 'E-Communication Registration Form' given below. The completed form can be sent by ordinary post to the following address:
